Professional Artist Survey

If you are a professional artist who will be providing your art on one of our rocks, please fill out the survey below.

Your responses will help us properly credit you, promote your work, and share the story of the artists helping bring this community art project to life.

The survey includes a request for an artist bio of 500 words or less. If you already have a bio ready, wonderful — you can paste it directly into the form. If you would like help creating one, just let us know when you reach that part of the survey. You can provide a few sentences about your work, where you are from, your connection to Taos, your artistic background, or what inspires you, and we’ll be happy to help craft a short bio for you.

This survey also includes a request for up to 5 photographs of you, your art and your #TaosRocks rock(s).
